You must be reasonably located to commute to Egham, whilst having good communication, self–motivation and being action orientated. Your new roleWithin your new role you will be responsible for repair claims, theft investigation, recovery claims, hire claims and other customer service elements. Within these different fields you should manage, update and monitor each claim when necessary. You will refer any suitable claims to the correct departments ensuring you are also following the companies' guidelines. As well as this you will also ensure that all compliance is in line with the correct regulatory requirements and with SLA's, whilst delivering KPI's. What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will have the ability to represent the values and culture of the business and ensure your performance is in line with the companies' vision of integrity, passion, innovation, and excellence. You will have at least 6 months of contact centre/ customer service experience in order to be considered for this role. You should also have an excellent understanding of the interpersonal skills needed to excel in this role. It would be desirable to have previous experience working within claims. What you'll get in returnIn return you will be offered a brilliant salary between GBP24,000 – GBP25,000 depending on your experience, with a number of company benefits. You will be working 37.5 hours per week from 8am 5:30pm on a rota, with one late shift per week, and one Saturday per month (which can both be worked from home).
