Description

We have a fantastic new Customer Service role working for an entrepreneurial and expanding south Bristol-based business.

The role

Reporting in the Sales Manager this is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a positive outlook to become a key member of the Sales Support team. Working alongside two other direct team members the ideal person will be passionate about customer service and thrive in a team environment it may suit a candidate looking to develop a career in this area or alternatively provide an opportunity for someone with significant customer service experience to join an established fast growing, independent company.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of excellent customer service for the business s consumer brands, that orders are processed quickly and efficiently with deliveries made on time.

Duties will include:

Answering inbound customer and supplier calls Identifying and acting on new sales opportunities as they arise and successfully converting enquiries to sales. Providing a key link between Sales, Customer Service and Operations Teams to ensure excellent levels of customer service are maintained. Accurate management of customer orders to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and effective manner. Collating and managing all customer feedback, troubleshooting where required. Attending events and exhibitions to develop brand awareness and generate sales. Producing a weekly overview of activity and regular and accurate sales analysis for business planning meetings. Person Specification

Previous customer service or sales support experience Experience with MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook and preferable CRM/database experience. Strong attention to detail, even when working under pressure. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to communicated with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and support functions. A professional telephone manner A positive, can-do attitude and proactive mindset A flexible and hands on approach to working in a team. Salary

GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 plus 25 days holiday, hours 9am 5.30pm, 100% office based, pension, healthcare support and cycle to work scheme.
