Our client are one of the largest insurance houses in Europe and are looking to expand their customer service team within home and motor insurance.
You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers who want to inform you of a house or motor insurance claim and you'll manage that claim, with the customer, through to completion. To be considered for this role you must have some telephony customer service experience, ideally within a call centre.

The hours for your 4 week training will be Monday – Friday 9am–5pm and then once you're trained you'll work 5 days out of 7 (will be some weekends with days off in the week) and it's an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am–9pm. You will be working a 35 hour week!
You must live within a commutable distance to Redhill as you'll need to be onsite 2 days per week! You must have good IT skills, have clearly spoken English and be happy to be in Redhill 2 days per week once your training has finished. Whilst you're training you'll be in the office full time Monday – Friday 9am–5pm.
