Position: Customer Service Advisor Salary: up to GBP24,000 based on experience Location: Lewes Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8.45am to 4.45pm Free onsite parking, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, growing and friendly team in the Lewes area. You ll be maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring orders are being processed correctly. The role will involve Order Processing, dealing with customer queries on the phone and handling email and website orders and enquiries.
As a Customer Service Advisor your role will include:
Offering customer alternatives when items are out of stock Registering and recording complaints Ensuring customer requirements are met and transport receives orders via email, website and telephone Communicating with external couriers Order Processing A quick response when dealing with the phones and taking messages when needed Taking customers payments when processing their orders Monitoring the shared email inbox regularly, responding to all sales orders and customer queries Sharing all office and administration duties
Ideally you ll have previous Customer Service experience where you have conducted order processing in a busy environment that involves working with products and stock. You ll also have great communication skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases.
This is a full time permanent position, working Monday to Friday between 8.45am to 4.45pm. The salary is up to GBP24,000 with many perks such as 25 days holiday, onsite parking and a healthcare benefit scheme. Initially working on site full time but after you complete your probation you have the option to work from home up to two days a week.
