Customer Service Administrator
Location: BirkenheadSalary: 25,800Contract: Full time, PermanentHours: Monday to Friday working hours (plus occasional Saturday mornings paid at overtime)My client based in Birkenhead is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to work out of their main office on a permanent basis, offering a salary of 25,800.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking day to day sales enquiries and orders on the phone and through email, whilst managing their customer's specific needs, all designed to give the best service to customers starting at the point of order.
Job Description:
Inputting sales ordersDealing with enquiries from customers via phone calls, or email.Responding to all enquiries in a timely and effective manner.Taking paymentsProducing purchase orders and warehouse pick notesOrganising deliveries: booking transport and producing despatch notes.Answering telephone enquiriesFollowing e-commerce enquiriesContacting the customer to make them aware of any issues with orders placed.Person Specification:
You will need to have a good eye for detail with high accuracy whilst working well under pressure.Good communication skills and the ability to work with trade and retail customers is essential.You need to be a dynamic person that can cope with variable workloads during the day.Benefits package includes:
