In the customer service advisor role, you'll be passionate about providing customers with an expert and personal experience, making it clear the things they value are in safe hands.
What you'll be doing: You'll take calls, help with renewals, make amendments, deal with claims or find the right product for their daily life or their business. Supporting our customers, you'll work to targets to achieve team and individual goals.
Shifts and Pay
Our teams are available Monday to Friday between 8am–9.15pm, Saturday shift between 9am–5pm and Sunday 10am – 5pm. In these roles you'll work shifts across these days which we'll share more about this, and your 6–8 weeks training, during your application.
Our salary package starts from GBP23805 (includes 9% pension contribution). You'll also have an opportunity to earn an additional bonus up to GBP4200 per annum for sales roles (dependent on the role and your performance).
