Job Title: Junior Customer Service Executive
Salary: GBP18k–24k (Depending on Experience)

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our fun–loving, creative and talented team, producing the highest quality print and production for major brands.
You must have good customer service skills, great communication skills and willingness to learn. Applicants need to be able to easily drive/ commute to our Mitcham office and be able to visit clients in London and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Build knowledge of products and services Positive+ provideLearn the role of a Client Service Executive by shadowing our Account Directors / Client Service Managers to gain knowledge and get a great understanding of how our client services team mange Positive+ clientsBuild and maintain strong, long–lasting client relationshipsDevelop trusted relationships with team members & clientsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate progress Collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryAssisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
