Responsible for dealing and completing the repair and claims process as quickly as possibleHandling all reported claims to CVS on behalf of its customers/client baseNegotiating and controlling costs associated with vehicle repair and downtimeAnswering all incoming call enquiries in an efficient, and customer–focused wayPersuading the customer to utilise the service offered Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor:
