3 month contract We are looking for candidates with a background in customer resolution, This is an office–based role and the ideal candidate would be comfortable dealing with customer's pre–delivery information. This role may also be known as a Customer Solution Specialist, Complaints Handler, Customer Resolution Executive or Customer Care Specialist.To deliver service excellence to all our customers by being able to take ownership and deliver a one resolve contact through exploring all resolution options. To show empathy and genuine care so that all our customers go away feeling satisfied. To work on a number of different contact platforms including, Voice, Written, Chat and Social Media. To be able to show empathy and genuine care so that all our customers go away feeling satisfied. To have a voice and suggest improvements for both the department and customer through feedback, accurate notes and call/email drivers.Job Information;
To deliver service excellence within the customer contact journeyTo deal with High Level complaints and work with Alternative dispute resolution servicesTo consistently delight customers (internal and external) in every contact they make with us, eitherwritten or verbalTo respond to customer calls and correspondence within agreed service levelsTo accurately log conversation notes and report on call/email driversTo resolve complaints to a high standard and maintain the reputation of our clients brand.To be bold enough to make decisions and take ownership when resolving customer complaintsTo communicate with stores, DCs and suppliers regarding required information and changes toproceduresTo achieve targets and KPIs as set by the Leadership Team and CS ManagersTo uphold company policies and procedures wherever possible Skills Needed
