They are a fast–growing start–up seeking experienced Customer Service Executives who possess professional phone manner, excellent organisation skills and can take initiative.About the roleThe Referencing Executive is a very hands–on role. The role involves managing a wide range of customers involving Landlords, agents and individual renter accounts. You will be responsible for management of referencing issues, liaising with letting agents confirm the tenant's suitability. Additionally, you will also be responsible for handling a wide range of Customer Service enquires.Handle calls
