Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, this role serves as the initial point of contact for customers via phone or email. The role entails delivering excellent customer service, taking ownership of issues, and ensuring their resolution.
Role Responsibilities:
Responding to customer orders via phone or email, ensuring accurate placement in SAP and providing customers with delivery information. Adhering to measurable KPIs, including lost calls and email response times. Maintaining and updating customer account master data, involving the Customer Master Data team for necessary changes. Handling card payments over the phone. Logging and resolving customer disputes or engaging with other teams for resolution. Providing additional support within the Sales Administration team to meet customer expectations. Ideal Candidate:
Strong telephone etiquette. Effective communication skills. Attention to detail. Maintaining a calm, respectful, and professional demeanor in challenging situations. Bringing a positive and can-do attitude to the team. Preferred Experience/Skills:
Excellent communication skills. Previous SAP experience. Familiarity with general administration work. Ideally, 1 year+ experience in a similar role.
