Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm and Friday 8am to 2pm
Our client is looking for a customer service coordinator to join their ever growing team. Your role will be answering customer enquiries via telephone and email,ensuring timely resolution of queries, working closely with theproduction team, providing feedback to the customer and being a vital channel of communication with our clients.
Updating the internal operating system dealing with circa 400 customers to ensure clarity, precision and information is correct and up to dateCommunicate with customers on production progress; keeping a good communication flow with customers; advising and answering questions or concerns; taking calls etc.Attend meetings with customers to support effective communication; feeding back to the production team as neededWork with the Production Team to assist in planning work in order to meet or exceed customer deadlinesRaising and administrating Purchase Orders for Sub contractoperations of customer's parts.Communicate with the team regarding customer information and updatesEscalate production issues with customer work as required.Perform other duties as may be assigned by the line manager or as per the requirements of the business Skills and knowledge -
