We are thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Customer Service Advisor to become a pivotal part of Two Face Aesthetics during this rapid growth phase. As we expand, we are on the lookout for individuals who embody the spirit of innovation, collaboration, and action.

What Will You Be Doing?

Handle daily queries and calls across various platforms. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to address customer inquiries related to products, orders, and prescriptions. Provide timely and professional responses across all social media channels. Maintain seamless communication channels between customer service and pharmacy departments. Keep customers informed at every step of their journey. Coordinate with courier services for optimal customer satisfaction and handle claims when necessary. Manage export deliveries and paperwork. Support warehouse operations with returns. Liaise with the Operations Manager as needed. Exceed expectations in resolving issues with damaged, faulty, or missing orders, ensuring customer faith is restored. Communicate with customers verbally for quicker issue resolution. Process new orders with the appropriate discounts. Leave clear and accurate notes on in-house systems to document actions taken. What Will You Bring to the Party?

Proven experience in sales or a customer service role. Ability to balance a customer-oriented and results-driven approach. Professionalism coupled with an outgoing personality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Genuine interest in Aesthetics What are we offering?
