Your Role: Inbound Customer Service

In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our client's customer service. From handling technical queries to explaining products and services, you'll provide solutions that make a real difference in our customers' lives. Your day-to-day tasks will be varied, ensuring no two days are the same.

What We Offer: Inbound Customer Service role

- A competitive hourly rate of GBP10.38 (GBP21,290) - GBP10.62 (GBP22,089), with additional pay for evening and weekend shifts.
