Experience of working in a similar environment E.G working within an office that supports commercially focused servicesSelf-Motivated, flexible, and ResourcefulAble to work to tight deadlinesAble to work as part of a team and on own initiativeTo prioritise heavy workloadsTo commit to operative in a customer focused environmentBe a good team playerIntermediate to advanced level with IT skills especially MS Word and ExcelExperience of working in an administration/secretarial roleGood standard of written EnglishSelf-discipline, with demonstrably good time management skills and the ability to manage several prioritiesAbility to multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately under pressureProfessional and pleasant manner in dealing with internal and external customersExcellent telephone skillsYou will be expected to carry out the below duties:Day-to-day Duties include:
Manage and maintain relevant filing systems and databasesWork with the team manager to ensure that relevant administrative tasks are dealt with efficientlyComplete general administration tasks as and when required to meet the needs of the departmentLiaise with internal and external contacts to ensure a smooth flow of information and work between the departmentsMonitor and record costs incurred by the departmentEnsure effective and efficient processing of documents, working within set time frames
