We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Ashford based client, you will be the first point of contact for all customers receiving and processing orders whilst also providing administrative support to the wider sales team.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries regarding stock levels, delivery times and production queries.Maintain customer records and accounts in the CRM systemEnsure invoices are raised accuratelyPrepare quotes for customersMonitor customer accounts for any changes or updates.Troubleshoot any delivery issues, chasing the relevant parties and keeping the customer informedManage your own customer order book and keep on top of the administration of completed orders as well as thinking ahead to new upcoming transactions.Assist with other administrative tasks as required.Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is essentialKnowledge of CRM systems.Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.Able to work independently or as part of a team.
