A well established auto repair centre in Basingstoke are seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. As an integral part of the team you will be the main contact point for all bookings, payments, invoicing and more.

Main duties will be;

Answering calls from customers, insurance providers and accident management companiesBooking customers for estimates and repairsManage courtesy cars and vehicle collection diaries Greeting customersUpdating work logsRaising sales invoice and chasing for payments Driving duties as and when required (collecting and returning parts, posting invoices or other related paperwork) This position requires the candidate work Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday morning.

Computer skills is essential.
