Customer Service Advisor Yolk Recruitment are excited to be working closely with one of the UKs leading insurance companies to find a friendly and driven Customer Service Advisors to join their team.

What you'll be doing?

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive and growing insurance company based in the centre of Cardiff. You will work within a busy and energetic team whereby you will answer calls from customers in relation to their accounts and subscriptions. You will also:

Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls to solve their questions and queries about their memberships and accounts in a timely manner and in line with the company SLA'sBuild relationships with customers by listening to their needs and supporting them with the products and services that suit themContact customers to discuss their accounts, questions and queries through outbound callsIdentify opportunities for upselling certain packages and products that are suitable and relevant to the customer and take the required paymentsWork closely with other members of the team to ensure that all customer requirements are consistently metComplete general administration duties including managing inboxes and updating various databases and systems What you'll bring to the team?

As a bright customer service advisor, you will have experience working within a telephony-based role and will be passionate about providing excellent customer service to all customers and members. You will also have:

Excellent communication and listening skills, with people on all levelsA keen eye for detail and able to work under pressureThe drive to learn and progress within a role and teamExcellent IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeFriendly and supportive to both other team members and customers.

And this is what you'll get in return?

By being a customer service advisor, you will receive a salary between GBP23,000 - GBP28,000 depending upon experience, alongside:
