The role would suit bright, friendly candidates with some customer service experience, possibly in retail, hospitality, or a similar environment.This is a full-time role working from Tuesday to Saturday. Hours are Tues 12-8, Weds 8-4, Thurs 12-8, Fri 12-8, Sat 8-4.What's involved:
Helping customers with email, phone, and live chat queriesResponding to queries and comments via Facebook, Twitter, and InstagramAnswering general queries about the website and mobile AppGeneral admin and supporting the management team as needed What we're looking for:
