Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries.Directs visitors by via employee and department directoriesMaintains security by following procedures; monitoring visitors book.Maintains telephone system by following Company instructions for phone operationsCreates a safe and clean Reception and waiting area(s) by complying Site requirementsProcess customer and work provider enquires and bookingsProviding updates for customer and work providers for repairs in progressComplete customer vehicles check in for repairs and handover at completionAssist with organising the drivers diaries arranging collection and deliveriesCompleting certificates for repairsContributes to the team by accomplishing related tasks as neededCo-ordinates stationery and refreshment replenishment systems efficientlyMaintain records within the internal database on a daily basisAssists with office administration tasks as required What's in it for you?
