Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Service Advisor based in Liverpool. This is a full time role on a contract basis.
The Customer Service Advisor must have availability to work flexibly between Monday to Sunday 8.00am and 6.00pm. This role is Agile, based between the office and home, however office based during training.
Careline is the Social Care Contact Centre function for Liverpool City Council's Adult and Children's Services, providing a dedicated set of services targeted at the most vulnerable members of the community. It is the front door to Liverpool City Council Social Care Services acting as a central point of contact for referrals and enquiries in relation to Children and Adult Social Care needs 24x7x365 days a year.
The successful applicant will:
Demonstrate resilience and have an ability to build rapport and develop relationships with a wide range of people.Be supportive and professional when communicating with customers, their family members and professionals.Work closely with CSA Team Leaders and the Careline Social Work teams to ensure a flawless service is delivered to vulnerable customers.Embrace continuous improvement, technology development and incremental change.During out of hours the advisors will work closely with the CSA Team Leader and Social Work Co-ordinator, to ensure that optimum performance is achieved, and urgent work is completed.
