As the Customer Service Advisor, you'll be instrumental in ensuring new and existing customers experience outstanding service.
Your role as Customer Service Advisor will involve:
Helping customers over the phone and responding to email, live chat and social media queriesBuilding rapport with internal and external customers to establish excellent customer relations.Responding to written and phone enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.Processing quotes from customersManaging and documenting customer complaints.
