Arranging & booking appointments Liaising with clients & dealing with queries over the telephone Data entry Ensure customer orders are processed correctly Assist in the building and maintain of a detailed record of the customer activity. General administration duties It is expected that the successful candidate will have a strong customer service focus, good organisational skills and an excellent telephone manner.
