Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Contract: Full-time, Temporary

Hourly Rate: GBP10-GBP12 an hour

Location: Stratford - upon- Avon

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client's customer receive the highest level of service. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and chatProvide accurate information and assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are metInvestigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely mannerCollaborate with other departments to address complex issues and ensure a positive customer experienceClearly and effectively communicate with customers and internal teamsKeep customers informed about the status of their enquiries and resolutionsMaintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsDocument and report recurring issues to contribute to process improvementStay informed about products and services to provide accurate information to customers Qualifications:
