Responsibilities
As a member of the Customer Service Team, you ll play a vital role when it comes to offering a great service to our insurance customers. You ll speak to new and existing customers, making sure they receive a professional service. Through listening attentively and being the friendly voice customers expect, you ll be able to identify which Insurance products and services are best for them. It s a regulated environment, so there will always be a focus on accuracy.

This role will suit anyone who has previously worked in a customer service type position, whether that be dealing with customers in a retail or hospitality environment, or maybe you ve worked with customers over the phone.
