Customer Service Administrator

Salary: GBP21,523 per annum

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (on Monday start time is 8:30am). No weekends

Surrounding village to Kettering. Office based

Holidays are 25 flexible days plus statutory Bank Holidays

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based near Kettering. Our client is looking for a customer service professional to join their established team. You'll be joining a global brand with products in many of the well–known outlets we know.

Purpose of role:

Working within the UK Customer Service team, working with commercial customers and managing individual accounts. You will be responsible for answering all enquiries, processing orders and updating their CRM with relevant notes in relation to your allocated key account(s). Roughly 80% administration and 20% telephone based.
