The Account Administrator works as part of a team that is integral to the success of our Lifetime Service Department, they deal with all aspects of aftercare for TGW Solutions and products for our customers.
This includes:-
Provision of spare parts. Customer account handling ensuring contractual service level agreements are met. Development of strong relationships with external and internal customers and suppliers in accordance with our core values and departmental objectives. Main Responsibilities
First point of contact for all existing customer enquiries which includes preparing quotes, orders and invoices for our customers. Producing and maintaining excel reports to support departmental objectives. Assisting the Finance Team in ensuring revenues and expenditure are all accounted for within the monthly process. Effectively communicating with internal and external customers and suppliers by telephone, email and face-to-face. Responsible for a number of customers supporting their service level agreements, call outs, repairs and warranty claims. Experience of providing administration support in a customer focused environment. Excellent working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills Knowledge of sales order processing software, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar Previous experience of working with an engineering environment is desirable Knowledge of finance administration such as, processing invoices.
