Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: 21,000- 22,000 per annum (DoE)
Location: Exeter
Hours: Full time 9am-5.15pm Monday-Friday

The Role
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be joining the busy Facilities Team based in the Exeter office, ensuring that all external calls are managed and directed to the appropriate people across the business.
Being bright, professional, and proactive, you will provide an essential role to help the smooth running of the company's operations, this is an exciting opportunity to join and make a valuable contribution!
You will also be getting involved in wider front-of-house activities, such as covering reception, setting up meeting rooms and completing other administrative tasks supporting fellow colleagues and clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Answer all incoming calls across the business in a professional manner
Direct calls to appropriate departments in a timely manner
Liaising with clients on the telephone and in person, dealing with routine enquiries and taking detailed telephone messages
Action all voicemail messages and direct as appropriate
Covering reception when necessary, including greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner, ensuring discretion is used
Assist with setting up meeting rooms and providing hospitality
Any other administrative duties that may be required within the Facilities Department
About you
Experience in a customer service role
Excellent phone skills
Superb communication and listening skills
Computer proficiency
The ability to relay information efficiently
Be willing to learn and be part of a team
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Understanding the importance of and maintaining confidentiality
Confident being front of house and a representative for the company
