Reed are delighted to be working with a successful Woodbridge–based organisation, who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. With a salary of up to GBP24,000 on offer, the successful candidate will have prior administration experience and an excellent telephone manner.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:• Booking appointments for engineers to visit clients• Raising purchase orders and placing orders with suppliers• Creating quotes and sending these to customers• Answering the telephone and dealing with all incoming and ongoing enquiries• Dealing with enquiry e–mails• Working on Word and Excel programs – creating new or updating existing documents• Maintaining several web–based portals• Providing support to field–based engineers• Other daily administrative tasks• Using all internal systems in accordance with company procedure
Skills and Experience Required:• Previous experience in an admin–based role.• Proactive, self–motivated, enthusiastic individual with strong attention to detail.• Strong IT proficiency, including Word and Excel.• Excellent telephone manner• Ability to multi–task in a busy environment and work under pressure• Problem–solving mindset.
