The Role:
Working as part of a fun and friendly team, this busy and varied role will see you being responsible for assisting with the general day-to-day running of the Operations and Customer Service Department. Key duties will include:
Handling customer import and export bookings via email and phoneChecking that shipments have departed as planned, resolving any discrepanciesBuilding and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customersKeeping records up to date and completing various reports
Your customer focused and proactive approach to work, combined with strong communication skills and good knowledge of MS packages will enable you to excel in this role. There will be full training given.
The hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
