Processing orders whilst supporting customers with delivery and installations queries.Supporting with parts and technical requestsProcessing parts ordersSetting up new customer accountsGenerating quotesPlanning maintenance visitsWorking closely with sales team, field service team, supply chain, logistic and controlling team.Processing inbound and outbound invoicesThe successful Customer Care Service Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:
Strong customer service experience, with experience within an order processing or logistics environmentHighly organised with strong communication skillsSAP experience is highly desirable - proficiency in MS OfficeHighly organised with a "can-do" attitude, even in stress situationsLikes to talk and negotiate with customers.Team player with the ability to work independently.
