Permanent job opportunity to utilise your excellent customer service or call centre experience and work for this busy market leader with over 40 years' experience in the payroll industry based centrally in Teddington. No previous office experience necessary, will consider retail looking to start an office based career. Training given.
In the role of Customer Service Administrator some of the key duties will be:
Answering incoming phone calls from clients, contractors and employees and returning these calls if necessary.Checking their bespoke software (Merit Software) for Pay information, updating details. Leaving detailed diary notes in records.Confirming personal details and sensitive information upon registration in line with GDPR requirements.Deal with registration queries, gathering information and updating on progress.Chase outstanding documents required from operatives.Input registrations onto Merit System.
