Our client, a Global Trade company based in Borehamwood are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their lively team.
This is a key role to provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.

Limited experience requiredStrong administration or customer service skillsHighly organised, and the ability to work well in a team. RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealing with inbound enquiries via telephone and email.Providing customers with quotations and price enquiries.Processing orders, invoices, and returns.Dealing with customer complaints and any invoice queries.Providing support to the sales team and dealing with ad–hoc admin duties for the wider business.
