Successful and passionate fine ingredients manufacturer and importer is looking to expand their team and recruit a dedicated Customer Service Administrator.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrator with previous customer service and administration experience to take the next step in their career and join a company that encourages progression and development.
You will be working alongside a dedicated team of food lovers who are passionate about their products and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure customer requests are dealt with in friendly and professional mannerResponding to calls and emailsProcessing customer orders through the systemKeeping records up to dateSupporting the wider team with adhoc administration dutiesProducing reports The successful candidate will:
Be educated to degree level or similarHave previous experience in customer service and administrationHave an excellent eye for detailBe a great internal and external communicator with a supportive and confident telephone mannerHave a can do attitudeBe organised and proactiveBe immediately available or on short notice This is a great opportunity to join a fun a friendly team and have scope to progress.
