Customer Service Administrator
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator for their office in Salisbury. The Customer Service Administrator will be a key member of the office, The Customer Service Administrator will be driven, focused and self motivated in helping the business run its national operation.
Customer Service Administrator Duties:
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Communicate with customers, sales representatives and other individuals, open accounts, take orders Respond to customer and employee queries, via telephone, email or in person Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone Call empty areas for sales and support. Complete the debtors list, assist with credit control via phone. Aid and assist in all office administration duties Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers. Credit check new customers. To take on more responsibility and duties when the position evolves. o learn different aspects of other roles to cover for holidays. Working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary negotiable on experience
