Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30pm

Responsibilities:
Outbound and inbound calls to clients
Finding the most suited products for the customer
Provide excellent customer service
Dealing with an average of 100 emails per day alongside phone calls
Obtaining briefs from customers and proving quotes
Keep track of orders through production
Fact finding and advising customers
Grow and manage existing client accounts
