Job Title: Customer Service Account Manager

Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire

Salary: Competitive, up to 25,000 per annum - Depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 - 4:30pm / 9-5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Elevate customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of orders.Take ownership of customer enquiries, efficiently resolving issues to enhance overall customer experience.Provide detailed product information, address technical queries, and guide customers through relevant procedures.Continuously build and deepen product knowledge through ongoing training opportunities.Cultivate strong relationships with your assigned customer base, collaborating with external sales representatives to drive sales growth.Process orders within agreed service levels, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.Embrace additional duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in telephone-based customer service or account management position.
