Customer service advisorLocation - Middlesborough - some home working available after a qualifying periodStart date - Several start dates throughout January and February 2024Hours - full time, 37.5 hours between 7am-11pm Monday-SundayThe role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be first point of contact for our clients' customers.Dealing with a variety of queries, escalations and complaints.Taking between 70 - 90 calls a day - some can be very quick.You will be a keen listener, hearing customers queries, offering immediate solutions, managing their objections to come to a resolution or escalating where necessary.You will effectively solve queries to come to a suitable solution for customers and the client.
