Our client based in Wilmslow Town Centre are keen to add to their team of Advisors. Well established with a zero staff turnover, our client promotes a true supportive team environment and believe in rewarding staff well for their efforts.

You will need to have a confident telephone manner and a true passion for speaking to customers and looking after their requirements.

- Speaking to customers and being focused on providing an outstanding customer service experience

- Liaising with customers and third parties via telephone and email

- Taking customers through a series of assessment questions and matching them with a suitable product to meet their requirements

- Completing customer documentation and paperwork

- Ensuring customer's are updated throughout their journey

Required

- You will need to be passionate about exceeding customer expectations

- You will be proactive, positive and self-motivated

- A true team player, reliability and a willingness to get stuck in

- Excellent listening skills and a confident telephone manner

- You will need to live within a sensible commuting distance of Wilmslow

- You must be eligible to work in the UK

Full training will be given.
