My client based on the outskirts of Cheltenham are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team to provide internal sales support to the sales team. Full training and the opportunity to grow within the role will be offered to the right candidate.
Based on the outskirts of Cheltenham, my client is looking for somebody on a full-time basis, hours of work are Monday-Friday 8.30-17.00. Due to the location of the role, own transport is essential.
Day to day responsibilities:
• Accept and process incoming customer orders from the external sales team• Process all sales orders, purchase orders and manage goods received• Assist the Sales Director with any queries and enquires on new products• Source and arrange couriers and outside transport to ensure deliveries reach the customer in a timely and cost-efficient manner• Provide general support in office as required by management team
Personal Profile
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 • Previous experience within a customer-based administration role• A strong customer ethos and the ability to deal with people at all levels
