Customer Relations Executive - Live Entertainment / Global EventsA specialist supplier to the Music, Sports & Entertainment industry, based in London are looking for a Customer Account Manager with first rate B2B customer and admin skills to join the growing team!As a key member of the customer relations team, you will be line of contact with existing and new clients, responsible for dealing with inbound sales and customer service inquiries and bookings. Reporting to customer service manager and the operations director, your main responsibilities include:
Receiving and making phone calls to/from customers and assisting them with any queries, enquiries and orders from various music, entertainment and sporting events. Process accurate sales orders in a timely and accurate fashion. Responding to customer emails, being proactive when dealing with complaints, sending proof of delivery.Liaising and maintaining close relationship with the sales, accounts, logistics and technical teams to ensure all orders leave the building to the highest standard.Being flexible and willing to help with any other area of the business as necessary - a real team player. Skills and Attributes: Experience with B2B customer/client relations and/or sales administrationExcellent communication & interpersonal skills - confident dealing with important clients on the phone.Ability to multitask and work under pressureHighly organised, with excellent Microsoft office proficiencyA genuine interest in Music, Sports or Entertainment would be ideal!A positive, 'can-do' attitude, and fun personality would fit in with the company culture.
