It's more important than ever that our client, as a social landlord, listen to, understand, and engage with their customers. The increased focus on customer care and accountability has sharpened their thinking, and they need an excellent communicator to drive their commitment to customer complaints and resident engagement. They also need to use data to drive improvement and shape services.
If you think this is the role for you, they'll expect you to be fantastic at leading, managing and influencing others, thinking creatively, and using customer feedback to recommend changes to their Senior Managers.
As well as being a champion for the customer, you'll need to engage with partners, the Regulator of Social Housing, and the Housing Ombudsman. Therefore, they expect you to be confident, assured, and adaptable.
