The Customer Experience team focus on managing contact from customers regarding a range of queries in a busy contact centre environment.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Managing enquiries from customers via a number of channelsManaging and growing a portfolio of customer contractsTailoring each contact to each specific customerAdvising customers of the options available to themEnsuring customers are contacted within agreed SLAManaging customer expectations, ensuring they are metLiaising with other teams internally To be considered for this role, you will need:
