Our client is an innovative sheet plant specialising in Flexo print and complex service offerings based in Hampshire. They are a leader in paper based packaging, supplying market sectors such as Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical and FMCG. They have a proven track record in all areas of their business and are currently developing a new range of products to supply into new and existing markets.
Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service to the team and will play a fundamental role in contributing to the future growth of their Company.
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to succeed. They should have the ability to use their own initiative, whilst also being a strong team player.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Managing 50% of existing and new business.Completion of all work for first time orders.Keeping customers informed of any changes to their orders, including change to delivery schedule.Maintenance of Navision to include new tooling creation and inks.Order processing.Raising of artwork with supplier.Ordering ink swatches with supplier.Date changes and order amends specified by Customer.Aged stock.Relevant Customer, external/internal accounts queries.Ensuring all relevant procedures under ISO9001-2015 are adhered to.Processing, monitoring and follow up of customer quality complaints.
Skills and knowledge
Confident articulate individual able to offer high levels of personal drive and focus.Commercial knowledge combined with excellent customer relationship building skills.Good attention to detail and able to demonstrate initiative.Flexible thinking and self-motivation.Possess excellent IT skills with proven skills in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OutlookAbility to work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines.Able to work effectively within an established team.Good communication and numeracy skills.An organised approach to work whilst being flexible to changing work tasks.
