-Delivery of customer focused service, driving through the principle of exceptional customer experience in all customer interactions
-Take ownership for every customer interaction through personal responsibility to see it through to a resolution
-Use your natural people skills to remain customer focused
-Manage escalated enquiries and complaints to maximize customer retention
-Support increase of customer satisfaction results and customer recommendations and reviews
-Delivery against key customer performance indicators to ensure customer interactions are managed to the required standards in a timely manner
Here s why you ll be great in this role
-You have great experience in a customer experience role, ideally in the telecommunications industry
-You have a professional telephone manner
-Good general IT skills - Microsoft packages and ability to use a CRM system
-Organised, high attention to detail and good time management
-Excellent people and communication skills
This is a full time role, based at our lovely Willerby office.
We have been busy updating our benefits as we grow. So now we have up to 5 additional days of a year 2 days for charity work, a day off if you get married or move house and you get your birthday off!
