Trafford Council have an exciting vacancy available for a Customer Engagement Support Officer on a full time, temporary basis.
Contract: Initially until 31/03/2024
Hours: 37 per week, flexible hours.
Office Location: Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road.
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working, mostly home working.
The Role
You will be based within the Integrated Customer Engagement Team which is the customer feedback hub for Social Care and Education Services.
You will support the function of the Integrated Customer Engagement Team in the facilitation and management of complaints, compliments and representations received within the directorate relating to All Age Integrated Social Care and Education.
This is a fast paced but rewarding role that will require the role holder to be proactive and have great attention to detail.
Duties Include
Provide professional administrative and project related support to the Integrated Customer Engagement Team.To receive, log and respond when appropriate to all incoming correspondence including phone calls and emails.Accurately input and maintain data in a variety of IT systems (including manual and electronic) and provide accurate analysis and/or management information.To be responsible for the co-ordination of complaint related activities and distribution to team members as required; this includes the facilitation of meetings between parties where appropriate.Attend meetings offering professional business supportProvide updates and distribute the weekly RAG Report update.Maintain the Integrated Customer Engagement Team filing system.Oversee the receipt and investigation of complaints that cannot be resolved initially.Maintain an electronic record of complaints made, the procedure followed and the outcome.Prepare statistical information as and when required.
