Customer Data Advisor
Working as part of the client support team, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating customer data, ensuring the information is accurate. This is a vital part of the client service and therefore, high attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
Customer Data Advisor R esponsibilities
Your main duties will include:
Accurately log and maintain records of customer information and activity on the database.Review and validate information received from customers with close attention to detail, and with reference to standard processes and guidelinesMake around 10 outbound calls a day to help guide customers through validation queries.Act as a proficient user of validation process within the business database.Identify ways in which processes and procedures can be streamlined and made more efficient.Active participation in team meetings to share and exchange information.Work to ensure personal targets relating to call rates are consistently met and exceeded. Customer Data Advisor Requirements

This is a full-time, hybrid role, based in Oxford, working 2 days in the office (Thursday and Friday). Free onsite parking is available.
