Salary: GBP24K - GBP26K basic, plus OTE GBP30K-GBP32K
Hours: 40 hours pw office based Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm (start and finish times can be flexible, i.e. 8.30am - 5.30pm)

This is not a call centre or hard sales role, but does involve you calling to existing and lapsed customers to book in appointments and then to receive follow up incoming calls. It's more about the right attitude and personality coupled with good computer skills. The earning potential is excellent, and you will be working with a well established team. You will also be methodical and good with follow-up calls to ensure that you hit your targets. Resilience and positivity are the key!
Working with a small customer service team, the successful Customer Contact Specialist will: -
Have previous experience either in a face to face or telephone-based roleHave a confident telephone manner and the ability to build rapport quicklyBe proficient in using IT systems and databasesHave good attention to detailBe resilientHave strong customer service skills Purpose of the Role:
Within this customer service role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and emails to follow up existing clients and enquiries. The role will also involve taking some inbound calls.
This job would suit candidates with experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Order Processor, Account Manager, Hotel Reception or Hospitality.
