Job Role: Customer Care Representative

Salary: 23,000 increasing to 23,750 after 6 months

Location: Burton-On-Trent

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing company who, due to recent expansion, have a vacancy within their Customer Care hub.

My client is looking for a Customer Care Representative who has a passion for providing a high level of customer service, you will act as a key part of the business ensuring a seamless service to their valued customer base.

What will the role involve?

Receive and process customer calls, enquiries, and requests, ensuring a positive, efficient, and professional experience from start to finish.Provide complete and effective problem resolution for issues received through the call centre and addressing any customer concerns.Proactively contact customers with order resolution, shipping information, and corrective action on late or problematic orders.Actively communicate with the entire team to maintain a cohesive and productive environment.Educate customers about the features and benefits of our products to enhance brand loyalty and identify upsell opportunities.Ensure accurate and timely processing of account order-to-cash activities.Participate in special projects and provide support to project teams for program improvements or changes.Understand and follow the Quality Management System to uphold high standards of service.Manage time effectively to support the goals of the Inside Sales, Customer Care, and Sales Administration teams.The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

Previous experience working within customer service, or an administrative support role is essential.Excellent attention to detail.IT proficient, with previous use of CRM'sAbility to multi-task and adapt.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.To find out more submit your CV today!
