We are looking for a Customer Care Leader to join our client based near Wetherby on a full time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will possess -
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous office-based, customer focused experience.
- A positive attitude and ability to provide clear information to customers over the telephone.
- Proficiency in navigating IT systems for administration tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
You will -
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and post.
Perform administrative tasks
Handle and respond to product queries from clients efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate within a team to provide the necessary support to our valued customers.
Salary: GBP28,000.00-GBP36,000.00 per year, negotiable depending on experience
Monday to Friday 8:45 am - 5:15 pm, and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, 4 Saturdays per annum on a rota basis
